We believe in doing business from a heart of giving and are happy to offer a complimentary consultation on aspects of your upcoming event. 

When it comes to dollars....
     Consider these hard dollar costs

When an organization is responsible for handling the details of a meeting, it
puts a major strain on staff time and usually creates overtime.  As the meeting date approaches, it means arranging for staff to travel and be away from their office duties, as well as possibly paying overtime to staff members during the conference.

-Staff time taken away from normal duties
-Travel costs including air, hotel, meals
-Overtime costs during the event

There are never any hidden costs in how we work with our clients.   

Hourly
Our hourly rate is comparable to what a temporary staffing agency would charge for specialized services.  For some of the tasks, the client may prefer to be billed hourly.     

Project basis
When we take on managing the entire project, our management fee is typically 15% of the overall budget.  A retainer is requested at the beginning of the project, with payments structured per our agreement with the client.

Commission based
Should the client wish our group to solicit and sell exhibit space, there is a 15% commission fee based on the overall cost of the exhibit contract.
